The main level houses the bright and welcoming great room, where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to one another. The living area houses a luxe yet laid-back sofa and armchairs that are ideal for socializing or watching the HDTV. Surrounding this inviting spot are classic white-washed shiplap walls and gorgeous modern artwork, while overhead the high ceilings are highlighted by beautiful, natural wood beams.

Next to the living area is a formal dining space, with a long table that easily seats ten. Next to the dining space is the kitchen, with bar stool seating at the peninsula for four more. The spacious chef-worthy kitchen features the perfect combination of pristine white cabinetry and sparkling stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and an in-drawer microwave. Whether you’re preparing a delicious Sunday brunch for your crew or simply packing some picnic snacks to take to the beach, this kitchen can handle it all with ease.

Each of the seven private, elegant bedrooms is like its very own luxurious suite, complete with an ultra-comfortable king or queen-size bed, a large HDTV, and plenty of closet space. Four of the bedrooms feature deluxe king-size beds while two of the bedrooms include sumptuous queen-size beds, and another room features 2 sets of bunks Full/Full. Each of these extraordinary spaces also comes with a full ensuite, spa-like bathroom with a marble-topped vanity and a step-in shower.

Outside, there are wrap-around terraces on both the main floor and the top floor of 4 Shore that offer the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the gentle sea breezes and stunning Gulf of Mexico sunsets. Downstairs on the ground floor, your group will love to take a dip in the covered private pool (which can be heated in the cooler months for an additional fee.) And when you’re ready to hit the beach, simply slip on your flip-flops and stroll across the street to the sand, this home has a private gated beach access. Delicious local cafes and tons of family-friendly activities are also only a hope-and-a-skip away.
