The living space has a spacious sectional sofa that faces the large HDTV and invites your whole group to gather together for a fun game night or a movie night with lots of snacks.

Behind the sofa is a sprawling center island with bar stool seating for four and gorgeous granite countertops. The rest of the open kitchen includes crisp white cabinetry, an electric range, a mounted microwave, an efficient dishwasher, and a stainless steel refrigerator. You can choose to serve casual meals at the bar or host dinners at the formal dining table with seating for eight. There’s even a dedicated desk space close by for getting a little work done.

Down the hallway is the convenient laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer. Your group will also love the screened-in outdoor patio with plenty of space for lounging and looking out over the lawn.

The first bedroom is the primary suite and is located on the main floor, just down the hall from the living area. This serene sanctuary has a luxe king-size bed, an HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a step-in shower, and a soaking tub. Another bedroom on this first floor is a bunk room with two twin-over-full-size bunk beds. There’s also a half bath on the main floor that’s accessed from the hallway. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms each have plush queen-size beds, HDTVs, and their own private attached bathrooms.
