In the main home of 30A Amazing Views, multiple levels allow for plenty of privacy. On the first floor, there’s an elegant great room that’s wide open and spacious. The large living area features glass-front bookshelves surrounding the fireplace and an HDTV, plus a plush sofa for luxurious lounging. Next to this comfy space are four roomy armchairs, perfect for cocktails and conversation. The alfresco dining table is perfect for sipping coffee in the quiet mornings or serving dinner during a stunning lakeside sunset.
The luxe open kitchen is a chef’s dream and features a center island with seating for four next to a dining table with seating for six more. The huge gas range has six burners and a griddle, ideal for whipping up a batch of fresh banana pancakes! White shaker cabinets, glossy granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and mosaic tile detail behind the range add exquisite style to the space. Large windows over the sink provide lovely lake views. There’s also a separate formal dining room with a circular table that seats four.
