Florida FlashBack impresses from the moment you arrive. The soaring front facade is highlighted with vibrant, vintage tiles and manicured tropical landscaping. The main living area has been completely opened up to showcase the vaulted ceilings and wall of glass that looks out over the backyard and pool. Bright Florida sunshine floods the space with gorgeous natural light. A colorful leather sectional sofa faces the flatscreen HDTV that’s mounted over a mid-century modern console table.

The open kitchen is perfectly designed to surround a huge, formal dining table with seating for twelve. Crisp white cabinets and gleaming white countertops are complemented by a perfect pop of bright teal on the tile backsplash. Premier appliances include an electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There’s casual seating for four at the island bar, and sliding glass doors lead out to an alfresco dining space and outdoor barbecue for grilling juicy burgers or fresh seafood for dinner.

Florida FlashBack features five private and relaxing bedrooms with sleeping space for up to 12 people. In the first bedroom, a comfy king-size bed faces a flatscreen HDTV and a hidden desk nook that makes the perfect workspace. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, HDTV, and a charming built-in bookshelf that houses some retro artwork and accent pieces.

The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed with an HDTV, while the fourth bedroom has two queen -size beds. The fifth and final bedroom is the spacious primary suite, complete with a luxe king-size bed, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed, step-in shower. Sliding glass doors from this bedroom lead out to a sun-kissed patio space.
