This charming condo complex offers a perfect balance of uncrowded, peaceful beach time with convenient access to all that Scenic Highway 30A has to offer.

Whispering Sands 303 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium with a show-stopping Gulf front view. The open living and dining spaces are tastefully decorated in crisp white, bleached woods, and ocean-inspired works of art. The well-appointed kitchen has crisp white cabinets, gray marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a mosaic tile backsplash. There’s plenty of seating at the peninsula bar and farmhouse-style dining table for everyone to enjoy a lazy morning breakfast or a fresh seafood dinner together.

The overstuffed sofas in the comfy living area are ideal for gathering together in the evenings for a cozy get-together or gazing out the sliding glass doors to the panoramic ocean view beyond. A large flatscreen television is mounted over an antique console table. Slip outside to the balcony, sit back in one of the deck chairs, and immerse yourself in one of the most breathtaking views you’ve ever experienced. Keep an eye out for dolphins swimming past!

The master suite sits just off the living area and features a sumptuous king-size bed with a weathered wood headboard, flatscreen television, and private en suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead out to the deck with more sweeping, panoramic ocean views of the turquoise Gulf of Mexico.

A second bedroom also features a king-size bed and flatscreen television, while a third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed that is the perfect spot for the kiddos to camp out.
