The classic front facade is surrounded by mature trees and manicured landscaping. A curved driveway welcomes you to the home, and there’s plenty of park-like open space, so you feel like you’re in your own private world. Through the front entranceway, the great room is bathed in neutral sand tones, wood elements, and pops of turquoise that combine to create a soothing, luxurious design. Catch up on your favorite TV show or host a family movie night on the plush sofas that face the marble fireplace and flatscreen television.

The kitchen is completely open to the living area and formal dining room, which will be a big hit with larger groups and families. Weathered wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gleaming marble floors, and a brick tile backsplash create a chic and elegant workspace for the chef in your group. A large peninsula has bar-height seating for three and two more seats at a lower level, perfect for young kids. Your whole family will gather here frequently: to sip their morning coffee or juice, chat about the upcoming beach day, or nibble on some mid-day snacks. The formal dining space has seating for eight while a more casual breakfast nook has a round table for four.

In the light and airy master suite, a king-size bed. A spacious spa-like master bathroom with a deep soaking tub, a separate glass – enclosed double-headed shower and double vanity. Also, the master bedroom has a desk for those that find themselves working from home, as well as seating for enjoying time with a favorite book, as well as a separate entrance to the private heated pool.
