Make your way up the stone walkway, passed the pink hibiscus flowers, and up to the front porch. A glass front door leads into the main level living and dining areas. Slouchy white overstuffed sofas and armchairs are set against soothing dove gray walls and provide a relaxed yet elegant vibe to the living space. A flatscreen television is mounted over an antique console table, making the perfect spot for catnaps, card games, or movie nights.

The living area opens into the pristine kitchen with clean white cabinets and gleaming marble workspaces. Stainless steel appliances and a subway tile backsplash add polish to the friendly, casual space. A large custom island has seating for three people, while a farmhouse-style dining table has room for six more. There’s more than enough room for your whole group to gather together at mealtimes.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread out over two levels, everyone in your group can find a bit of privacy at Therapy by the Sea. The first bedroom is on the main level and just down the hall from the living area. Here you’ll find a Queen-size bed with sea glass-colored headboard and flatscreen television. A full bathroom and separate laundry nook are across the hall.

Make your way up the curved staircase and past the white shiplap walls to the three upstairs bedrooms. The spacious master suite has a luxurious king-size bed with a weathered-wood frame and large flatscreen television. A private en suite bathroom has a marble-topped double vanity and a contemporary, free-standing soaking tub. A separate glass-enclosed shower is perfect for rinsing off sun-kissed skin after a day at the beach. Step outside the glass door to your private balcony, overlooking the swaying palm trees and peaceful tropical 30A neighborhood.

A second bedroom on this level has a full-size bed and is flooded with natural light from two large windows overlooking the rustling palms. The third bedroom on this floor has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and another twin bed with a trundle. It’s a great camp out space for the little ones or teens. A full bathroom in the hallway has a double vanity topped with gleaming gray granite and a tub/shower with glass doors.

Outside a flagstone patio has a charming seating area, dining table, and a charcoal grill. Dine al fresco here in the twilight and enjoy a famous South Walton Sunset. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse away the sand from your toes after returning from a day at the beach, access to Dune Allen Beach is only a few blocks away. On the nights when you don’t feel like cooking, Stinky’s Fish Camp is only a short stroll away. Guests of Therapy by the Sea also have access to a sun-drenched community swimming pool.
